TOPOS ATELIER\u00a0and DLC ARCHITECTURE obtained\u00a0an honorable mention in the international architecture competition for the Kip Island Auditorium.<\/p>\n

Organized by “beebreeders”, for the Kip Island Center extension, in Latvia, the atelier proposal was based in a simple and clear architectural ideia:
\n– Create the new equipment as a landmark;
\n– Give a contemporary image to the set;
\n– Form a qualified space “square” to create a public urban area of some importance that groups all accesses;
\n– Arrange the existing building with a volume of the same scale integrating the car park’s volume in a topography\/path;
\n– Establish continuities to favor synergies.<\/p>\n
