demanded taking into account the presence of a great \u201clocal genius\u201d and introducing the environment as a structural element of the project.<br \/>\nThe essence of the proposal was, therefore, to stress, from a work of stitching and collage, underlying urbanities capable of revitalizing the neighborhoods in question.<br \/>\nFour major themes seemed to be able to foster this
